Sikh Volunteers Australia is thrilled to announce that the much awaited new food truck on an 8.5-meter HR truck chassis is now nearing completion.
This mobile “truck” kitchen will allow SVA Team to respond more efficiently to disaster-impacted areas, tackling the challenge of finding a safe place to cook onsite at the impacted areas head-on.
With this innovative food truck design, SVA will be able to get very close to ground zero as possible, serving hot meals directly to those in need with the support of our food vans.
This enhancement will significantly reduce our response time and expand our ability to provide meaningful aid across a larger area, all while ensuring the safety of our dedicated volunteers.
The food truck is currently under construction and is already looking fantastic. We can’t wait to share more updates with you as this project progresses!
Stay tuned for more exciting developments!
